CONSENT

for the Processing of Personal Data

I hereby, as the data subject, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006 (as amended on June 24, 2025) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), give my specific, informed, conscious, and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data by the data controller:

1. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

– conclusion and performance of agreements related to freediving courses, training sessions, and events organized under the Personal Best Freediving brand;
– ensuring the safety of the data subject during courses and events;
– communication regarding participation in courses and events;
– sending informational and marketing communications regarding the Controller’s courses, events, and activities (subject to separate consent where required).

2. Categories of Personal Data Subject to Processing

– full name;
– date of birth;
– citizenship;
– email address;
– phone number / messenger contact (Telegram);
– country of residence;
– registration and payment information;
– information regarding health condition and freediving experience level voluntarily provided by the data subject for safety purposes.

3. Actions Performed with Personal Data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to processors engaged by the Controller under data protection agreements, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data. Processing may be carried out both with and without the use of automated means.

4. Validity Period of Consent

This consent becomes effective from the moment it is granted and remains valid for 3 (three) years from the date of the last interaction between the data subject and the Controller, or until the consent is withdrawn by the data subject.

5. Right to Withdraw Consent

The data subject has the right to withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notice to the Controller via email at personalbestfreediving@gmail.com. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of personal data processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.

6. Confirmation of Consent

By checking the designated checkbox while completing a form on the Controller’s websites (pbfree.school, freedivingdolphins.com, freemauritius.tilda.ws) and simultaneously providing personal data, the data subject confirms that they have read this Consent and fully accept its terms.

The date of consent is automatically recorded at the moment the checkbox is selected in the form.
